Rate Increase / Standby Fee Notice. ePayments

Dear Ratepayers,

We are posting this to inform you that the water rate increase has been approved and will take effect on February 28, 2025. You can view the details of this increase in the letters previously mailed to you or by visiting the Rates & Policies page.

Additionally, standby charges have been approved and will also become effective on February 28, 2025. These charges apply to all vacant lots or buildings that have a water line connection, regardless of whether a meter is installed. The monthly standby fee is $10.00 for residential properties and $20.00 for commercial properties.

Looking ahead, the district is working to activate the electronic payment feature in our billing system, which will allow you to pay your water bill online by credit or debit card. Please note that a 3% processing fee, charged by our payment processor, will apply to all card payments. We will post an announcement on our website once this feature is available.
