NOTICE: Electronic Payment System Now Live

We’re excited to announce that our new electronic payment system is officially live! Customers can now pay their water bills online with a credit or debit card. To get started:

  1. Visit our website at lcwd1.org.
  2. Follow the green “Bill Payment” links to access our payment website.
  3. Click the “Pay Here” button once you’re on the payment site.
  4. Enter the last name on your account and your account number to pull up your account information.
  5. Click the blue “Pay By Credit Card” button to proceed.
  6. Enter your card details and choose to sign up for AutoPay if you wish (note that AutoPay requires an email address).
  7. Follow any remaining prompts on the payment site to complete your transaction.

A 3% processing fee (charged by our payment processor) applies to all card transactions. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve our services and make bill payment easier.
