Attention Lassen County Waterworks District No. 1 Community:

It has come to our Board’s attention that some residents have been contacting our employees at their private residences to discuss District matters. Please remember that all official business or inquiries must go through our District office during regular business hours. Reaching out to employees at their homes is not appropriate, and we respectfully request that everyone respect their privacy.

Additionally, we have learned that someone has shared an employee’s personal phone number. This, too, is not acceptable. These are the proper channels for any District-related concerns.
